HELP US PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT. STOP THE SPECIAL ZONING!

Can not believe this is being considered. People well connected to the government of the day can bypass all common sense. This foolishness has to stop.

We do not need more trailers on this land. We need to preserve the wetland. In my life time we have already seen sad changes to the beach: no more digging clams, no more starfish, no more sandollars - less crabs and other natural inhabitants. Development of this paradise must be respectful of the natural environment and preserving of the wetlands NO TO UNCONTROLLED AND UNMONITORED DEVELOPMENT

This should be cottage or permanent residence country, not trailer country. Protect our wetlands and the existing community.

Our ecosystems continue to be threatened, devalued and lost. Preservation must prevail!

This proposed bylaw is without merit and in fact will have far reaching and long term negative effects on the environment. Our community exists in one of the most beautiful areas of New Brunswick, and I would urge that the BERC vote NO. Notwithstanding the negative impact this would have on the existing property values, the process must follow proper protocol. I am pleased with all the responses and community spirit shown by West Brule and it shows that this is a united front. The coastal environment must be protected. A trailer park is not in keeping with our current community, and never has been. This bylaw would negatively impact the existing long-time community residents and this would be unjust. This proposal appears to be based on a special interest in favour of one "developer" vs. the residents of said community. Common sense must prevail.

The provincial government has previously reversed this developer's bulldozing a wetland area without authorization, and now the local municipal district is considering allowing further development by the same irresponsible developer in the same sensitive area. There is no logic to this and provincial authorities need to step in and let the council know who's boss and tell them to withdraw this custom-made bylaw.

Definitely NO to this as well as NO to the Mega campground over in pointe du Chene! All have irreversible damage to the ecosystems!

There has already been significant and irreversible damage done to this wet land. Allowing this type of development to occur and expand will permanently destroy what is left of this beautiful area.

These wetlands have an enormous impact on the health of the area and must be protected from further destruction.

Why does this community have to continually take this person/family to court to protect our community and the wet lands. He has filled in and blocked our access to the beach, he has filled in wet lands and now wants rezoning, will it ever stop!!!

Save the wetland.It is a natural habitat which we must protect.

This type of development endangers a significant wetland, and flies in the face of the overwhelming majority of homeowners. The ethics of the members of the BERC will most certainly be called into question, if this development is allowed to proceed.

Save the wet land!

It is appalling to think that the wishes of an established, highly taxed, permanent community can be treated with such disregard but, more importantly, the protection of ecosystems should be utmost in planning decisions in beautiful Cap Brule or other sensitive areas in New Brunswick.

Stop the Zoning!!

We rally do not need trailers in that area.

Government depts should work together much more than they appear to in this situation. Taxpayers are paying for one level of government to allow trailers on a wetland buffer zone that another govt dept has declared protected! This was accidentally posted as anonymous...Lynne Brine
