I would like to preserve my area as much as possible and keep the wildlife, wetlands and grounds free of waste dumping. There are many areas of aquifers and wells that would be adversely affected by dumping waste.

I am against using wetlands and agriculturally zoned areas for dumping waste. I live off of a well and do not want my water contaminated by these zones.

Lets keep the aquafer pure!

Our current council, for the most part, ran on a platform of protecting our agricultural and environmental lands from development. Both of these sites are in prime agricultural areas. I would think a waste transfer station would have the potential for serious negative impact on the lands. Our mayor and his deputy mayor need to speak out against these proposed sites.

Concerns regarding the high volume of traffic at our intersection, where there have already been numerous accidents; changes in property values to the some 150 close neighbours and dead against changing agricultural lands to industrial...surely there must be a better location for this faciltity. Why not put the facility closer to where the garbage is generated in an already zoned industrial area.

Concerns of heavy traffic using the interestion of Hwy 27 & 3rd...changing of agricultural lands to industrial in an area of wetlands; impact on current property values...why not put this facility in an Industrail area already suited for this type of industry.

The threat of increased truck traffic would forever change the peaceful nature of the surroundings in Springwater.

There has to be areas with less beautiful land to destroy, and less wildlife to interrupt. Who ever proposed this site, should consider developing it in their own backyard.

I do not agree with waste transfer sites being put in springwater in mature forested area, wildlife are running out of homes there are already reports of coyotes roaming into barrie, this would just be taking away more of their homes, not to mention make this nice quiet country setting just outside of barrie a not so nice place to live anymore.

This must be stopped! All the homes are on well water, and there is always the possibility of contamination and the wildlife is abundant.

I live at 1474 Gill road, and highly disagree with the introduction of one of these facilities in our back yard. Especially in a area filled with wetlands, forest and wildlife.

This can not happen not only because of the wild life additional big rig noise traffic but also because our water to our homes is well water this cannot happen!!!!

don't contaminate our land with waste and pollution, let's not potentially harm Mother Earth any more than what she is

We don't want the traffic...noise...smell or risk of polluting our water.
