Find another place without having to destroy trees.

I would guess that whoever approves these sites do not live anywhere near. Please be more considerate.

My husband and I belong to the forest management program and are firm believers in the importance of preserving our forests for sustaining wildlife and maintaining the environment.

this is not a good solution especially where human and animal waste are being considered as part of the "waste" program. Our wetlands need to be protected.

Cleanest water in the world and they want to pollute the soil?. Ridiculous. Stop this insanity.

Ground water and wildlife should always be taken into consideration! The water feeds residents wells. Healthy lifestyle not contamination!

I concerned about our environment. The government must teach people to make less garbage . Then we won't need more land for garbage .

Surely there is a better location somewhere in Simcoe County in an existing industrial zone, on a full load road that will have less impact on the environment and local communities. I have specific concerns about the intersection of hwy 27 and Flos Rd 3 - it's a bit of a blind corner and there have been serious accidents there in the past and the addition of 200+ trucks turning won't help. The proposed site in Oro Medonte also makes little sense to me.

Please find a more rural site that is not going to infect our wetlands. There are better locations for these facilities.

I believe this is a travesty....why do we not take the wetlands and agricultural areas into serious consideration to preserve what we have left of the environment and the impact it will have on our wildlife? ....never mind the traffic, bad odors and waste of agricultural land? Use some common sense and stop the proposed sites C270 and C136 for waste transfer and industrial scale composting sites....when does the ruin of our beautiful land stop??

Here we go again. Did the county not get the message about the threat to the subterranean water reservoir, when we went through the stopping of site 41? Why not incinerate waste of this nature as is done in most parts of Europe. It is time to take seriously our fragile environment and the living fauna and flora, which co-inhabit this planet?

I am a young boy and do not want my neighbourhood littered with garbage and big trucks driving up and down my street.

We are against this site and do not want it in our area! We are raising our family here and do not want to live next to a waste disposal site!

Please don't put this near our house. The mature forest is beautiful and our water is terrific.
