The purpose of a uniform is to equalise the students not to impose the schools authority or to oppress individual beliefs.

This is very wrong. Stand up for what you believe. This is dictatorship from the school.

let the girls wear their hijabs. it's not at all okay to force them into wearing standarised hijabs especially without their or their parents consent.

Against head scarf removal into schools, it is everyone's right to decide for themselves!

Shocking act of exclusion by the school management. Health and safety is more an issue for ties that can be pulled and trapped than for scarves. There is clearly an ulterior racist motive at play

There should have been a consultation about the styles of scarves, before making a decision, then all would be happy

Modesty is not just about covering your hair with headscarves but also to cover a girls chest. As a student , I would be appalled if someone told me to 'Either wear this headscarf or take it off completely' . A hijab is CHOICE and we have a choice to wear it however we feel comfortable with it. How dare you force young girls into wearing THAT. That is NOT a hijab!!! Fair enough if you sat a couple of girls down and ask them how they want the scarves to number one BE MODEST and number two FIT IN WITH THE SCHOOLS DRESS CODE. But no. You designed the scarf and it was straight away 'wear it this is your new scarf'. And to make it even worse, you've added the schools logo onto it for the young girls to be humiliated by other schools/kids. Seriously have some shame and do the girls a favour by RESIGNING and FIND ANOTHER JOB if you are not happy with the dress code.
