Couple of points really there needs to be 1) A proper consultation 2) some of the issues raised are very concerning reference Health & Saftey issues. 3) Would we need a child to be suffocated before the school takes fuether action. 4)Lastly I would ask the parents if they do not agree create a vote of no confidence at the school. 5) I am assuming this will be part of the wider revenue raising methods .

As a parent we were not consulted on the design of the scarf. School needs to engage with parents rather than force this through. Mr Burton you need to reconsider this issue.

Instead of implementing discriminatory, neo-nazi protocols, the Head of this school should be focusing on fixing their inept middle leadership and re-training the Teachers that are incapable of motivating pupils (Ofsted report). They should do what our tax pays them to, educate not discriminate!

This is barbaric! The school need to educate the staff regarding the purpose of a head scarf that covers the full hair...not a token gesture! A so called 'swimming cap' style hijab is the UNDER hat that you wear UNDER your hijaab! (There is the clue)! Not really rocket science is it???

The new headscarfs should be banned because they are too short which the girls feel uncomfortable in. Let them have their own choice scarfs.

I want girls to wear normal headscarf of their choice. You won't ask girls to do their hair of same style or same colour. so why same scarf. what is the point of it? what is the aganda behind it?
