I live inside an LTN and it’s a nightmare getting in and out with limited exit points I drive further than before and everyone stuck on the same route I’m also driving for longer periods of time! Makes no sense to call this a greener policy. It is gentrification where certain areas are chosen to be protected at the expense of other areas taking their traffic! It is causing a divide in our local community

This ridiculous scheme of LTNs and endless cycle lanes is bringing London to its knees. We will soon live tiny little provincial lives unable to go anywhere without fear of a fine. If you want to go around on cycles, or possibly yaks, don’t live in a major capital city.#LondonIsClosed

Reducing the road space does not and will not make traffic go away or “evaporate”. We need to be offered valid, viable ALTERNATIVES (our public transport system is overcrowded already, London is too big to be a completely cycling city like Amsterdam, we are integrated with our surrounding countryside). Cars are part of life.

LTNs affect the livelihoids of those who drive professionally and cause them to cause more pollution, not less. Private hire vehicles and delivery drivers are more part of the infrastructure of London, where would d you all be without them?

Appalling treatment of everyone and massively increasing pollution
