Spreading the "jungle" throughout the city parks is just a bad idea and a huge risk to schools, neighbors, kids, tax payers etc.

Not a good solution to a difficult problem. Do not abuse our parks and greenways

This is a horrible idea. The rights and needs of the tax-paying Seattle citizens who need clean, safe and usable parks should be prioritized. This proposal would encourage more homeless to move to Seattle, and not provide the services needed to help people get out of homelessness.

This is so irresponsible to think it's a good idea, it's mind numbing, to think allowing ANYONE to camp on public land within the city is a good idea. Drive underneath I-5 to see what the future would hold in store!

You have got to do better than this. The mayoral quest for increased density seems to be working to the point of being out of control.

I vote NO to Bill 118794. There is NO consideration for the safety and well being of tax payers.

Our wonderful parks are a treasure for families to enjoy. Where are we to go with our children when the parks are used as campsites and littered with garbage and drug paraphernalia?? Are we looking at spreading the "Jungle" throughout the city now? This is a totally irresponsible proposal.

Allowing a takeover of green spaces is not the answer.

This bill does not do anything to address real solutions and only invites an even more complicated situation than we already have. In addition it fails to honestly look at the impact this will have on the safety and health of all residents. We need real solutions, this is not one.

We earn a lot of money and pay high taxes to keep this sort of thing away from our kids. We support the homeless around the globe, just not in Seattle parks where we play and walk our dogs. Put them in a home somewhere, or a mental hospital.

As elected politicians, the city council needs to begin listening to its constituents. This homelessness proposal is the most outrageous idea yet from a council completely disconnected from the people in Seattle.

This does not fix the problem. This only creates a bigger one.

Please do not pass this legislation. Listen to your constituents! This is NOT the answer

This is not the right legislation to remedy the problem and certainly not what I signed up for when I voted for the parks levy.

This plan is just as idiotic as the failed program of "drunk checks" our state finally stopped in 1988, after people flocked here from surrounding states, to collect their free money.
