Please look at better solutions than random camping throughout the city!!!! The homeless deserve better!! This bill is the lazy way out of a complex issue that deserves more attention and time than you are giving it!!!!

Bad idea and poor use of city parks.

there has to be some control over camping in the parks or we will never regain our parks again and they will become increasingly filthy and unsafe

Save our parks.
Homeless need permanent homes.

As a new Seattle resident, I support efforts to aid homeless individuals, and was drawn to the city partially because of the city's progress stance on resolving this issue. However, my family and I are also active park goers and are responsible for our teenage niece's safety. I feel that better solutions are available and should be explored.

This "plan" has failed in two other cities. Our money should be put to better solutions than a plan doomed to fail.

This is not a solution to the homelessness in our city. Let's look at cities that have made real changes and helped people off the streets.

Please do not allow camping in city parks, green spaces and sidewalks!!! This is not an acceptable solution to the problem of homelessness.

This is what happens when people living in their high rise condos paying $4 lattes decide how we commoners get to live our daily lives.

This is a bad precisent to set and does not gemuinely help anyone. It hurts our children by taking away space for them to grow

Not the solution! The mayor and city council can and must do better than this. This is a bandaid. Tax the wealthy in this city of which there are many to fund permanent solutions. Thus far I'm not too impressed with city governance i.e. Mayor and city council.

the City of Seattle must be run by the people, not by dictators in city hall. This didn't work in Portland or any other location it has been tried, do not try it in Seattle!

Opening parks to homelessness is not acceptable. It's already hard enough to get a field for a school or local team; having these scarce resources given over to homeless encampments and the dangerous litter, is not the answer.
