Don't degrade the quality of life for tax payers. Unacceptable to allow the homeless to occupy our parks. They already won the sidewalks, let's keep the parks free of homeless, they are the last bastion of beauty in our city.

Parks are for children. Kids do not need exposure to this.

No, on many accounts! So many reasons, including this one, that our family considers moving out of Seattle. Enough!

When I was little, I used to walk down to Woodland Park with my sister and brothers and play there all day long. How sick is it that kids can no longer do such a thing? Don't add to it!

We pay too much in taxes to have our city, neighborhoods, parks look like a third world country. The trash and rats are terrible!!! Then there's the drugs and fear that we need to have for our children!

I have a 3 year old and we visit these parks regularly. This is a huge safety concern for my family!

We need real solutions not patchwork solutions without thought. Without heat, bathroom facilities and garbage pick up, this is an example of poor governing and a sad example for our children.

I love on the south edge of carkeek park. I am concerned about our homeless situation and think the city needs to address this problem with transitional housing and access to services. We need to keep our parks clean and safe for all citizens. Thank you.

The parks are for kids and families to enjoy. All this will do is end up filling these parks with trash, drugs and urine/feces. It will turn these parks into unsafe places and health hazards.

Needles in parks are a real problem already in our parks. Please don't take the parks away from our children. They need to run and play and build community and feel safe and camps in parks do not accomplish that. This is not the answer to the homeless problem! This makes the homeless problem worse

Living in the city the parks are the only place for relaxing in nature. This is not a solution for the homeless problem. Why not find some vacant land or farm for homeless to learn to live on and try to sustain themselves.

This bill is NOT a solution. The goal is to put a lasting roof over a homeless person's head...a place that can be considered a "home"....not a TEMPORARY encampment stay which severely CLUTTERs with filth and trash public spaces that are intended for family recreation use not residential encampments. Boeing should provide open living space in hangers, air fields or industrial structures as an interim UNTIL REAL housing is created for the unfortunate homeless.

Other people need those parks too - especially families with kids.
