That's right! Parks are only for people who have somewhere else to be! And, well, that goes for everywhere for that matter. Can you believe these homeless people actually have the gull to try to use public restrooms that are for customers (well at least potential customers) only. And THEN if they can't, they go in the bushes, or an alley, and sometimes even a doorway. Why can't they hold it until.......well, you know, they get a home?

We need an actual fix for the issue. Not to move people into public parks!

Oh yes, those Seattle forefathers did work hard, or at least they paid somebody to do the hard work for them.

And yes, I agree with looking at other nations who have been more successful at reducing homelessness. And I also question if anyone has a vested interest in maintaining the status quo in shuffling the homeless around from one area to the next.

We need a solution, this is NOT it. This is another potential misstep in the incredibly poor management of a dire situation.

We can't have parks serve as homeless camps. It is not safe for kids. We need a real solution to homelessness. Take a cue from Salt Lake City.

Not safe for kids or dogs. The homeless do not clean up after them selves. In fact drug addicts leave needles, garbage, broken bottles, feces, etc everywhere for our kids and dogs to find.

Parks are not campsites
When is our mayor going to govern for the law abiding citizens instead of doing absolutely nothing about squatters?

No homeless encampments in our city parks. This is a safety and sanitation issue for all. Allowing the homeless to stay is not showing them compassion.

I own a home along an Olmstead green belt that is already being impacted. This is a terrible idea that helps no one and alienates everyone. It is dangerous and not well conceived.

This has to be stopped. I agree with Tim Burgess
