There HAS to be some form of prevention and parental consequence for children behaving this way, as well as consequences for the children. Abusive behavior is learned at home most often and is taught by the abuser being abused themselves. We are a professional community that shouldn't have any tolerance for this type of behavior in our service members and dod employees or their children.

Bullying has to stop. We as parents need to encourage our children to make a difference and speak up. This continues to happen because children are afraid to speak up. Let's not wait for a fatal accident to occur, lets guide our children to do the right thing and speak up.

I've heard too many stories about bullying on the bus here! My little one starts kindergarten in the fall and even before this I knew there was no way I would ever put him on the bus! This is a real problem in our community!
