Do not develop here. This neighborhood should stay single family homes. Ralph Talbot is already a heavily traveled road, and our children’s safety should come first. We don’t want a mult family dwelling here.

There is a place for everything but this neighborhood is not the place for a multifamily dwelling it NEEDS to go where it belongs.

developer should not be able to skirt local control..especially in an already heavily traveled state road. there is an elementary school that will require the kids to dodge more cars coming onto the heavy congested road currently. not a good site-especially when original developer was denied as two residential lots were two small--how can 12 units be approved?

I don't oppose low-income housing. I only oppose such a high-population-density development being sited in an "R1" zone.

The last thing Weymouth needs is another apartments and condos complex. We have done our due diligence to the 40B chapter. It is time to say enough! Isnt the airbase enough? Is Ryder going to build a new high school since the one we have now is going to be too small?

Grew up right there, still have family in neighborhood. Maybe 1 or 2 homes on that lot. Not a place for multiple condo’s! Traffic is ridiculous, and personally been hit right there and hit someone when i was a kid- not to mention the nice man that was killed at end of Chisholm Rd!!! Waaay to busy to add more cars. Also, wonderful close neighborhoods there, dont need group of strangers hanging around!

The last thing Weymouth needs is (low income) housing, in a single family residential area. Every time you turn around, there is another apartment complex going up, which adds to our over crowded schools and town!!

Does not fit in with our Housing Production Plan, Is not transit oriented and simply exacerbates the mistakes made in the past by allowing hodgepodge development all over Town. Tax dollars in exchange for changing the character of an R-1 neighborhood? No Thanks.

This project would be devastating to our community. This contractor does not care but our Community just his wallet.
