We do not want this in our backyard! Big difference from retail sign that was posted on property.

We are a quiet community, we sure don't need a gas station to bring in alot of unwanted traffic!!!!!!!

I am definitely against the proposed Rutter's coming to New Market. The desirable town of New Market will quickly become undesirable and potentially cause a decline in the real estate market. Another concern is the underground fuel tanks leaking into the earth which would risk contaminating our water. The proposed site is simply NOT the right place for an establishment of this kind.

Rte. 144 is already overrun and simply CANNOT handle this traffic. Residents cannot cross the street, park, or pull out of an alley because of the overwhelming traffic, poor visibility, and no place to go.
NO MORE TRUCKS.

This is a neighborhood filled with families with kids and senior citizens... all who will have a vote in future elections. Not neighborhood friendly.

This is a residential environment and not fit for large trucks and gas station, also there are schools in the area and traffic would be inpeeded..

Absolutely Absurd idea! One wrong turn and trucks are in roads not meant for them. That area CAN NOT handle trucker traffic.!

The surrounding infrastructure is not capable of supporting this. It will just generate more problems that will cost the taxpayers more money to fix.
