This is not the right place for a gas station of this size. Traffic is already awful on 144 and this is right in the middle of a neighborhood. Terrible planning

We live on a road off of Mussetter Rd. not far from this intersection. I am concerned that this gas station would lead to an increase in large trucks in the vicinity.

A gas station and truck parking should not be put in this location. This is our neighborhood where we're raising our family. With the rise in human trafficking this is the last thing we want in the front of our neighborhood. Please protect out little town and deny this project. Thank you

Entirely inappropriate for the location. Belongs near an on/off ramp for 70, not along a quiet stretch of 144.

Poor planning and overcrowding the area with developments and now this. Traffic is hectic to begin with and now let us just add more issues.

Not the correct location, take it down the road to 144 & 75, right off the highway. They can get educated on the bridge on 75 they seen to keep wanting to cram their rides under !

This is the wrong place for this type of gas station. It would be better located near the truck scales or the truck parking off 70 East. It is not appropriate to have this type of gas station in an area surrounded by residential neighborhoods.
