STOP RUTTER'S GAS STATION & TRUCK STOP IN NEW MARKET!

I believe that the truck stop will add to the traffic at the light .

This is not an appropriate business for residential properties and with a childrens' daycare center across the street. I do not approve this application.

I do not want a gas station on the corner of Mussetter and Old National Pike

Issues of truck size and road infrastructure, current traffic levels, schools and day care directly across the street and a mile to East and West of proposed station, damage to historic image of community, all indicate proposed gas station should not move forward.

I don’t kind a smaller gas station, perhaps with a country store. I am against a truck stop with 12 plus gas pumps

I hope our Greenview board and New Market's elected officials can reach out to all the surrounding communities as well as Holly Hills Country Club to spread the petition and show up at the hearing. Walkersville was not successful in stopping Rutter's moving in there. We need to do better.

This truck stop should be on the interstate, not at the location proposed. This is a residential community

No Thanks!!! This is not needed in our area. Traffic is already a mess on 144 and this will make much worse.

Of all the things that could be put there, they choose that monstrosity? How about a starbucks? Or a decent grocery store?

Rt. 144 is too narrow to accommodate large semi trucks. Will be a mess

I am opposed to building this truck stop at the corner of Musetter and Rt 144. The increased semi and truck traffic on Rt 144, a 2-lane road, is too much for it to handle. There are quiet residential areas just behind this intersection. This corner is not a suitable building for this corner.
