We really don't need more commerce or traffic in our area.

Most truck stops are right off a main highway. This is a residential area with narrow streets that seemingly will not support trucks. Also lots of people walk the neighborhood, most of whom are older citizens and with the day care, there are a lot of young children. Finally what happened to the strip mall we were promised when we bought into the area?

This location is inappropriate for this residential community. Its approval will cause hard with additional traffic in an area with many children and bring truck traffic to streets that can not handle the added volume. Also this location is wrong as commercial vehicles/trucks do not normally use Old National Pike. Lastly several schools are close to area and will present a greater to school buses and students alike.

This will definitely change the ambiance of our neighborhood, which is why we moved here. And more importantly, the children at the pre-school and their parents would be very stressed with the traffic increasing. Bad Idea!!!

I object to this proposal of a huge gas station and truck stop being built on Mussetter Road. It is totally an unreasonable proposal for this small town of New Market. It is also unreasonable due to the pre-school near by.

The corner is an absurd location for a truck stop with a day care facility across the street, a proposed school site nearby, the entrance to residential housing and no access to I-70!

This location makes no sense.

From the 70 New Market exit, Old National Pike leading to the corner of Mussetter Rd. is a two lane road lined with homes. Traveling through the small town on a two lane road is not conducive to truck traffic. Additionally, the proposed location is surrounded by two quiet residential communities with a Child Care Center at the opposite corner. The proposed Rutter location, therefore, does not possess the overall infrastructure to support such a Truck & Gas Complex. Thank you for your consideration and ensuring our community has smart growth (environmentally & progressively sound).

This is a residential area. We do not need any more traffic on Musseter or Old national Pike

This is the wrong place for a truck stop. It is by a residential area with many families with children, an over 55 community, and on a two-lane road not built for truck traffic. This would be a tragic mistake for New Market.

This business does not belong at the entrance to our neighborhood!
