I can't believe there aren't thousands of signatures for this, I for one will be leving if they move from Cathcart Street

I have been with this bank since I was 16. If it closes I will definitely close my RBS account and go elsewhere. As this is not customer service. They are not putting customers first.

To date, RBS have justified closing branches based on reduced demand. I believe that this move is designed to further reduce demand. How much longer before they close that branch as well.

Bank needs to be in central location in town. Mortgage Centre not convenient for those without cars. Please give customers consideration & make it easier to use Royal Bank instead of harder!

I don't understand why they would close this branch as any time I am in it is really busy - there's obviously a demand for a branch in this location.

Don't shut this down as my family have several accounts and wont be able to come in and deal with transactions etc, they simply dont use online banking so would have to shut down accountz and open with other banks

RBS forget who owns them.....us, the taxpayer! There should at least have been a consultation with the local community. This is a blatant bullying attempt to force people to bank online......DON'T FALL FOR IT

Totally unacceptable location for the elderly and non drivers. Not everyone wants to or is able to bank on line.

Totally oppose the plan to close the town branch and move to the mortage centre. This Bank seems to forget the customer comes first not the stakeholders. No consideration given to the elderly or special needs customers who will have difficulty accessing the proposed " State of the Art " facility a fancy name for the same old , same old rubbish all businesses trot out to cover their lack of customer facilities.

Retaining a branch in the town centre is essential for safe access and convenience of the majority of customers and staff alike.

If this branch closes I will seriously consider moving my account to another bank.
