Across the nation, the college dream is becoming hindered by rising tuition fees. Forty years ago, a bachelor’s degree was almost a guarantee for a comfortable job or an added plus to any resume. Twenty years ago, it was assumed that almost every high school senior would graduate and then head off to college. Now, some students are refraining from attending college simply because of the price tag that comes along with it.Students should not lose education opportunities just because they cannot afford them.A college education has become essential to any possibility of acquiring most jobs.
