Richmond Council's move to introduce a 20mph blanket speed limit is based on distorted evidence, poor research, and the wishes of a noisy minority.

It WON'T prevent accidents. It WILL increase pollution. And it WILL damage the local economy. We call on Richmond Council to ABANDON THIS ILL-ADVISED POLICY.
