The Orleans road infrastructure is already maxed out and overwhelmed. This proposal is absurd and the resining should not be allowed.

Proposal will ruin quality of life for residents for a decade. Innes Rd is already a parking lot at peak periods.

The existing road and infrastructure cannot support this volume of influx and will change the flavour of our community.

Innes Rd, the local infrastructure and transportation system is already overburdened and inadequate. I believe the planning assumptions in this proposal are fundamentally flawed. Please do not allow this to proceed.

That's the LAST thing we need on Innes Rd, unless we're looking to mirror the disaster known as Merivale Rd; too many cars, more grid-lock and a tower that will eclipse the sun, not to mention the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Our infrastructure in not suited nor capable of the strains that a low to mid rise building would cause.
No to rezone application!

Traffic is already a huge problem and would be disastrous with those added numbers!
