While many people have requested MCAD have some sort of meal plan like most colleges do, instead of coming up with a viable system to accommodate for that, MCAD is instead requiring all residents to purchase a $600 charge card to the in house cafe. The fact that this is REQUIRED of resident students with no regards to their financial situation is ridiculous, and it feels more like a cash grab than genuine concern for the students. Sign this petition saying you agree that students should be allowed to make their own choices when it comes to feeding themselves.
