We don’t want to see this apartment complex built in Rice Hope for many reasons!
I live in rice hope and do not want all these rental properties bringing down my property value
We as a community we’re nev informed these properties were being built as rentals. They should be ashamed for what they are doing to our community in the name of the almighty dollar.
We have lived here for 4 years and the community was a beautiful community to live in and now it has went downhill with building all these extra things that they want to build out here and I certainly don't want to see an apartment complex go up here in our beautiful community
I moved into this neighborhood because we felt this is a family oriented place to live, I did not expect a lot of rental properties to be built next to me, had I known this was planned I would have bought elsewhere.

Opposed to the sale of property to AH4R & the multi-family dwellings...for the purpose of rentals only. Will depreciate owners home values. At time of my purchase 8 months ago this information was not disseminated. Had it been , no purchase would have taken place.
