Enough is enough! This town used to be nice and now it's completely overcrowded and it's bringing the criminals in!

please consider a moratorium on building or in the alternative, change the zoning to 4 to 5 acre lots and make the builders pay to build new schools

Stop the damn building ...enough is enough! The political arena in this town is draining our wallets and causing a recession because of its poor planning and in case you haven't noticed the builders walk away without any obligation other then to follow the building codes ! The law or ruling that prevents builders from constructing schools needs to be overturned! If they can donate land to the town to make community gardens they can well afford to construct new schools on their dime! If they give you grief about the size of the school then it's time to build smaller houses on larger lots! Why are we still building mega mansions when married couples aren't having anymore then 2-1/2 to 3 children? Heck you can't find any new ranch homes being built....why is that? If you really cared about the town you work for you would stop driving out the very people who have had enough of your shenanigans!

It's becoming more and more difficult to substantiate living in Monroe. Over the last 14 years I seen have my property taxes double. What's worse based on what we are experiencing with the over building and the schools at maximum capacity there is no relief or stabilization in the near future. We cannot afford our taxes to increase any more. It's his secret if the population increases we will need services that cost money...it's a vicious and unfair cycle to the wonderful residents of Monroe!!!

Our beautiful town is shrinking with the constant building. The long awaited "new" high school is already too small. What will it take for SOMEONE to stand up for the people who LIVE here already.

We will not be able to stay in Monroe if our taxes keep going up. I do not have a side walk or even a street light on my block. We pay for our own garbage. My lot is the size of a postage stamp. These taxes are ridiculous!

My child's education is suffering from your overcrowding and I am getting squeezed with ever increasing taxes. Our traffic is growing and land disappearing.
ENOUGH!!!

We are a senior community and deserve to get a break with taxes. We are living on fixed incomes.

There is no reason that I am paying over $10,000. In taxes in a retirement community. I come from Long Island and the over 55 communities being built, do not pay school taxes. It's time that seniors get a tax break in NJ
