Thus townships continues to allow significant increase in the number of homes built that will correspond to requirements to upgrade and add to infrastructure putting an undo burden on tax payers as there is no increase in businesses being built that would act as eatables to help with the tax burden. Poor planning and irresponsible mgt

Bring in a new supermarket developer and stop cramming in these cookie cutter planned communities with acreage requirement loopholes.

Since moving here 13 years ago, our taxes have nearly doubled. At the time we were told there would be no more building to preserve the open space (which was one of the reasons we moved here). I understand the township needs the money that builders provide, but the builders make their money and move on to their next project. They don't care about the town. What about the schools, police, ambulances etc needed to support the new people moving in? Either the building has to stop or the builders have to give money to support the town infrastructure. Something has to give and it can not continue to be the taxpayers! I did not move here to have my sons schools overcrowded or to sit in a trailer. I would have stayed in NY.

I am hearing of multiple families living in new million dollar homes. Is this legal? Does it violate zoning, and health department rules? This should be addressed as it adds to the school population and puts undue stress on the roads, emergency services, etc.

It should only allow single family homes also.

It's so out of control and needs to stop now before nobody can afford to live here anymore! My taxes have doubled since we moved in 12 years ago! It's absurd!

Please stop the building! I've lived in this town since 1983 and am now fearful that I will be taxed out of my home.
