I authorize signing this petition. Monroe is busting at the seams. We need the builders to partake a fair share of the tax burden that Monroe residents to bore.

We are already in high home tax category... we have tax higher than south brunswick , i do not see any reason for a hike in home tax in monroe

The beauty of Monroe lies in its open farmlands and fields which are fast disappearing!! Please stop over building! The schools are over capacity already. Our taxes are way too high!!

School taxes are almost 58% and Monroe gets only 10% federal aid. City government had done nothing in last 5 years but raise taxes $1000+ per year

I just moved to Monroe Township and the taxes are astronomical. I have to agree with the masses. Stop building more houses and focus on bringing in businesses.

We moved to an adult community to lower our expenses, but our property taxes keep going up! Why? We pay for garbage pick up and snow clearing and have no land!
