A service station is okay if done tastefully. Keep the oak trees and limit the lights. We are going to become as bad as Metairie and Covington. Our politicians need to back us or they will be voted out.

If we are to have a gas station let's be tasteful and not all the neon lights and cutting down of the Live Oaks. What's happening to Mandeville? This has to stop or we will elect new politicians.

Zoning variances are supposed to be given in cases of hardship. Cutting down 6 ancient oaks is hardship to this community NOT to the landowner. NO RACETRAC

Why is another gas station needed?? Area saturated with them! I love the fruit stand there and natural green space. Don't turn peaceful mandeville into a New Orleans! I lived there ...that's why I love Northshore! Peace!!! And beauty!!!

Hwy 22 is overly congested as is. This part of 22 cannot support a large gas station and it's too far from major intersections. We don't need a gas station at this site.

Hwy.22 is too small a thoroughfare for yet a 4th gas station. Our community and it's green space is being forever lost to greed and commercialism. Do we want another Metairie on the Northshore? I surely do not.

Please find another site for a gas station nearer to Hwy 190, which is the best place for a large commercial development. The proposed site should not be used for any gas station.
