Keep Hwy 22 and Mandeville scenic. Do not run it into one of the run of the mill neighborhoods, where there are no trees and only businesses. The two can coexists with smart planning.

This will destroy 100+ year old trees & cause way too much additional traffic on scenic hwy 22. There are plenty enough has stations between 22 & the Causeway Approach
