There us way to much traffic already on hwy 22 I live off hwy22 not far from the prepared sure and have trouble getting in and out of my street already .please reconsider

Poor location for a has station. There are already several gas stations near this location that are barely holding on. Also would be a travesty to the asthetics of the area!!

The early morning and afternoon workday traffic is already overwhelming. Saturday mid to late day is also very heavy. We don't need to make this situation worse than it is. No need for a Huge gas station / food store in this area. Hwy 22 is as good as it gets right now. Let's not build any more unnecessary buildings or gas stations. As some other people put it, Nope-Don't Need It!!

Don't want or need it. If you have a hard wood tree on your personnel property the city will not give you a permit to cut it down.

These project will be devistating to west mandeville. The beauty is disappearing . Doesn't anyone in authority care for the environment (loss of trees and drainage, noise and light pollution) or town planning, traffic...any business can come buy any land and trash it? And who pocketa the $$?

Reasons? Removal of beautiful oaks. Their shade keeps temperature down whereas cement holds the heat. That's why it's hotter on a parking lot than it is under the trees.
Removal of wildlife habitat, promotes flooding Nowhere for the water to be absorbed into the ground. More cement and removal of trees means more runoff. Add all the areas with runoff together and you have flooding. It's not that we have inadequate drainage, it's that we've removed the natural areas that absorbed the water.

Stop with the over development! There's a gas station right down the street from this proposed location. Banks on every corner came first. Now this? Enough already!

We don't want or need this gas station there. Traffic is already worse than it should be between causeway approach and Woodridge. Today it stopped just before this location.

Keep the oaks and more of the pine trees (or replant new ones elsewhere). Keep LED lighting, signage and noise under normal Mandeville limitations. entrance to open to the current parking lot and not directly onto HWY 22 preventing some of the already awful congestion there.
