we just moved to this area to get away from these types of developments! The beauty of Mandeville, trees, not all land filled with busy space, is why we chose this as home. I would be terribly disappointed.

This will increase traffic to the area. The traffic is already horrendous.

Our zoning code is there to protect the neighborhood. There is no need to allow a variance for an unnecessary gas station.

I am opposed to this gas station project at its current location and am opposed to the approval of the variances which have been applied for to allow the out of code project occur.

Traffic on 22 is already awful now. I understand 2 of the live oaks in question are over 100 years old and large enough to qualify for the live oak society. What a shame to destroy them.

In no way should live oaks be removed for a gas station having absolutely no positive impact in the area. Hwy 22 is already congested enough.

It would be better served in a different location. Maybe on the other side of the causeway overpass, where there's not already 4 other gas stations.

Another gas station is not needed. Why destroy the beautiful area and pollute the waters with a gas station?!

The trees are what make Mandeville great. Cut down an oak?!?!? No way! There's no need for a gas station in this location, especially a race track. We do not want the street to be a sea of concrete. There is already plenty. Don't get me started on traffics issues...
