bad planning has already caused traffic snarles in the area... we already have a gas station two blocks away (corner of 22 & west approach.. ) This is not a 4 lane highway

Against the removal of these beautiful live oaks and do NOT want a 24 hr gas station at this address on hwy 22 that is already so congested along this stretch!!

I see no need for another gas station let alone a huge Racetrack. What our community needs is the existing fruitstand to continue to be a part of Hwy 22 businesses.

We have enough gas stations in the area! There are some beautiful Oak trees on that lot that would have to come down, and they are irreplaceable! We have to much traffic on Highway 22 now and the cross over or pullouts will be very dangerous for all concerned! This is a totally unnecessary business for this area!

I've been going to this fruit stand since I was very little and the farm fresh fruits and veggies are a charming addition to mandeville. We do not need a race track on the already traffic clogged hwy 22.

We don't need a Racetrac in the neighborhood. Not only will it destroy the trees but we have a enough gas stations on the street . We need to have local business not out of town corporate giants.

RaceTrac stations have a place in society, near interstates or on major thoroughfares. Hwy 22 and this particular lot are not a viable location. The community that we know and love is disappearing before our eyes. Please stop the madness. Listen to your citizens.
