From first hearing about the Race Track going in that location the first thought of them cutting all the trees shamefu!!!
I hope that Mandeville sticks to their guns with the ordinance in place and don't change anything.
Hoping we'll get the necessary petitions needed to make a difference.

No more development on Hwy 22 until a new by-pass is built from the Causeway Bridge to Madisonville!!

This does not take into consideration communities nearby and by trying to waive anything it goes against Mandeville in general.

Highway 22 is too busy as it is. The increased traffic that a race trac would bring is a recipe for disaster.

Traffic in this stretch is already awful and there are already more than enough gas stations within a couple of miles along 22.

I moved to this side of the lake because of the trees, dark skies and beautiful scenery. We have ordinances which have been written to preserve these amenities. We do not need to compromise and loose the elements that make out community unique! Not to mention the flooding we are experiencing because the infrastructure is not keeping up:

We have lost so much of our beautiful Mandeville to growth. Please don't take anymore! This is not needed in this area. There are already four gas stations/convenience stores in the stretch of Hwy 22 between North Causeway and the Madisonville bridge. That's enough!

Seriously,we have enough gas stations! Traffic is already congested in that area and a gas station will only make it worse.

NO Racetrack at proposed location. Takeover and existing site but NOT the trees, fruitstand and overcrowded Higheay 22. I own two properties in Beau Chene and this would be terrible.
