I am against the gas station across from BC because I don't think companies should be able to flout the law. An individual would not get away with it building a house why should they.

There is no need for more gas stations on 22. The traffic congestion and on and off movements create increased hazards.

Please, preserve the live oaks. Don't let Mandeville look like so many places everywhere: gas stations , power lines and not a tree in sight. Preserve the natural beauty of Louisiana that is so unique.

I live along Hwy 22 and the lights from a gas station would shine directly into my kids bedrooms. Not to mention the increased noise at night. Further it would be annoying to be in my backyard at night with all the lights and noise

I am a resident in city limits, in a neighborhood adjacent to the proposed site. Please say "no" to these variances and save our neighborhood from a 24 hour eyesore that will bring crime, traffic, pollution and flooding.
