Stop developing every inch of green space. Another gas station/convenience store is not needed. We are quickly losing what has made Mandeville beautiful.

Do not let this happen. We do not want to become Kenner, Metairie, or any trash on the south shore.

Good grief, Mandeville/Covington already resembles a smaller version of Metairie! Save the few green spaces that we have left!

Absolutely do not want or need another gas station on Hwy 22. Rather than commercialize up our community even more, we make an effort to in reass the aesthetics of our current infrastructure as other rapidly growing communities do, such as Mount Pleasant, SC. Integrated businesses along with visually appealing landscaping increases not only revenue for our local businesses but our city as well.

We have enough gas stations in the area, what about building a farmer's market for the produce sellers who normally occupy that location?

What is this obsession with cement. I thought this was a lovely place like a park with all the trees.
Talk about from sea to shining sea......see cement.
