Mandeville representatives need to stop cutting live oaks. For a Racetrack? Really

not a good place for such a large gas station. 190 in Mandeville would be better

There is no need to have a gas station in replacement of our beautiful oaks. Mandeville has a very strong tree policy and to remove healthy oaks is wrong.

WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER BUSINESS CHAIN....we need more local businesses! The fruit stand is a local business.

Do not the ugly or the extra traffic

Hwy 22 can't handle any additional traffic. Plus, there's a gas station already down the street at corner of West Approach.

Not needed and definitely not wanted!

It's too much for an already congested street.

This will destroy the landscape. This gas Station will be way too obtrusive!

There are plenty of gas stations in this area. We do not need another one to cause more congestion on hwy 22.

I am against the rezoning of this parcel and destroying the live oak trees to build a mega gas station that is not needed.

I agree that we do not another gas station.

I do not feel another gas station is needed there. They have one on the corner of 22 and West approach and several more down 22 as you get to hwy 190 and then some in Madisonville....
