Firmly object to this business building at this location. It will ruin highway 22

We need to keep those trees and the local fruit stand.

Should the age of this old growth forest be enough?

Large gas storage poses a possibility of leaks into the ground. One of Mandeville well water supply is located at the end of Heavens Dr. Runoff from the station or possible Gas storage tank leaks could lcontaminate this water supply. Also discount gas station attract business which will add to a already congested hwy22.

There is no need for another service station on this stretch of Hwy 22. Racetrac should have purchased the land where the Exxon was located.

We do not need to add to the congestion of Hwy 22 with a large gas station !! I'll drive farther to get gas thank you!!

Hwy. 22 is already full of potholes and patchwork repairs, congested, and inadequate for the increased traffic over the last few years. This will only add to the problem. There should be no more large businesses added unless the necessary road work is done!

We already have so much traffic congestion on Highway 22 and removing this rare patch of greenspace to build a gas station won't help at all.

No gas station leave mandeville with the trees. There is a gas station right down the street go there! Or move closer to a race track if you want to live by one the traffic is already bad enough without the gas station don't make it worse! Please!

Nope, there is to much on the road already. Mandeville has lost its true roots. Enough is enough. Please no more. There are 4 or 5 gas stations in that area.
