We cannot destroy our beautiful, quiet community and allow commercial enterprises to inappropriately insert themselves into our midst. PRESERVE OUR TREES and our small town culture

Mandeville is known for its canopy of beautify trees. Cell towers are required to look like trees. We've block large big box stores in the past. It would be totally in appropriate to but a large, bulky, overly lit gas station on a 2 lane hwy that already has sufficient vendors. Importantly, 6 beautiful oaks must NOT be removed.

We truly do not need another gas station and it's just going to be more traffic and noise and lights and that's not why we all moved here

Stop this project! The current owner already cut down too many trees and has cleared too much of the property. We must maintain standards!

I am against adding another gas station since there are 3 within 1 mi of this proposal. Adhere to Mandeville restrictions and Do Not Allow another Live Oak Tree to succumb to the saw. They are what makes Mandeville what we all love. SAVE MANDEVILLE.

It takes years nd years to gro oaks as beautiful and big as these are that would be cut. Planting new trees as the opposong atty says, elsewhere, does no good to anyone "now".

24/7 gas stations are trashy. Don't do it. It'll create more problems than it's worth.

This user should be required to abide by the existing building, landscaping and zoning restrictions, including retaining the existing mature oaks. No variance, no hardship (only for economic gain, which is not a hardship)
