One thousand people have officially told Racetrac that Mandeville is not for sale. The corporate suits at headquarters are finally starting to realize that we will not sit by while they destroy our trees and clog our roads.

I live along Hwy 22 and the lights from a gas station would shine directly into my kids bedrooms. Not to mention the increased noise at night. Further it would be annoying to be in my backyard at night with all the lights and noise
I am a resident in city limits, in a neighborhood adjacent to the proposed site. Please say "no" to these variances and save our neighborhood from a 24 hour eyesore that will bring crime, traffic, pollution and flooding.
We have lost so much of our beautiful Mandeville to growth. Please don't take anymore! This is not needed in this area. There are already four gas stations/convenience stores in the stretch of Hwy 22 between North Causeway and the Madisonville bridge. That's enough!
Hwy. 22 is already full of potholes and patchwork repairs, congested, and inadequate for the increased traffic over the last few years. This will only add to the problem. There should be no more large businesses added unless the necessary road work is done!
Our family opposes a gas station being built along this section of Hwy 22. We are against clear cutting any lot, especially one containing 3 live oaks large enough to be registered in The Live Oak Society of America and additional pine trees.
Removal of mature live oak trees, led lighting, traffic congestion and noise pollution is terrible for our beautiful community!

This user should be required to abide by the existing building, landscaping and zoning restrictions, including retaining the existing mature oaks. No variance, no hardship (only for economic gain, which is not a hardship)
