As a 5 year dog rescuer and foster that has seen over one hundred unwanted dogs and pups spend time at my house. Some for recuperation, some to grow old enough to be spayed or neutered and a few weeks that couldn't saved and are buried here. Please stop puppy mills and enact a law for mandatory spay and neuter in the great state of Arkansas. Let's make a difference in domestic animals lifes.

I bought two precious baby Lhasa Apso puppies several years ago that both had major continued medical problems that cost a small fortune. They were too in breaded making them unhealthy and one was always scare of people as though it had been abused. Both had to be put to sleep eventually breaking our hearts.

I am involved in dog rescue and see the terrible results of bad breeding and overbreeding. Some many pups with defects and many more put down cause no one wants them
