STOP PUPPY MILLS! Their are shelters full of adotable animals

Thank you for this legislation, we need to stop this cruel practice.

Please stop the puppy mills

I agree that puppy mills shosuld be banned in Arkansas.

Stop these barbaric operations.

Thank you, Jim, for submitting legislation to ban these horrible places of suffering here. Dogs should never be subjected and controlled by these selfish people.

STOP MILLS!

Arkansas has got to help these beloved creatures. Please please put a stop to these puppy mills in our state. We stand behind you.

Thank You for the opportunity to speak out against this awful practice

The cruelty of puppy mills must stop. It's a terrible reflection on our state.

after being in small animal medicine practice for 40 years I appreciate the need for this

It would be so wonderful if this could be accomplished. I follow the National Puppy Mill FB page as well as Harley and a couple more puppy mill dogs who are working hard to abolish puppy mills. They are horrific places causing untold agony for years for many animals. Praying Arkansas will step up to the plate and be the voice for these voiceless victims.

PLEASE submit the legislation to ban puppy mills and add my name to the petition. Thank you !!!

Cruel practice

Need to stop all puppy mills.

Thank you for doing this, for noticing the problem, and trying to fix it! Puppy mills are a disgusting way for humans to make money. Animals are over populated -just as we humans are overpopulated!- and shutting these "mills" down and enforcing laws would help the animal population so much!

Please do what you can to see that Arkansas does not continue to allow puppy mills to exist without regulation. We don't want to be known for that, or for cruelty to any living creatures.

The states need to pay attention to what's going on , the poor innocent animals deserve to be treated with respect and love!!!

Please outlaw puppy mills, cat mills, and any otheR animal mills. They are cruel to the moms and the people who own them make money on the cruel treatment of the animals.
