Stop Puppy Mills in Arkansas

I object to puppy mills in Arkansas! There needs to be stricter laws!

Please pass this right step to sensible legislation regarding the safety and care of animals.

It is time for Arkansas stop the inexcusable abuse of animals by puppy mills for profit.

Please help those who can't help themselves.

It is past time Arkansas needs to ban puppy mills. It is also past time for domestic pets to be declassified as livestock. It is time dog and cat breeders to end the abuse of animals.

I completely support HB 1717 and putting an end to puppy mills.

The dog mill industry is cruel and horrific for the poor dogs locked up to live and die in a wire cage so a human can make money off these suffering animals. It MUST end! Regardless of political beliefs this has to stop.

NO puppy mills in Arkansas, PLEASE!! Arkansas cares about our animals too much to allow that horrible abuse!

I believe this bill HB1717 is extremely important. The failure of the legislature over the years to rid our State of puppy mills is long overdue.

After caring for animals from puppy mills there is no question that these mills must be banned in the state of Arkansas.

Puppy mills are Inhumane!!! Often times not vetted and are treated badly is a gross understatement!!!
