GOD-willing, very soon the very best and enforceable animal welfare laws and regulations shall become prevalent throughout the world. May GOD-ALMIGHTY save animals from the horrors of human induced abuse, cruelty, torture, and unjustifiable neglect, and habitat destruction.

I’ve been rescuing for nearly 5 years here in the hot springs area and have fostered and adopted out over 400 dogs. To ban puppy mills and backyard breeding In this state would be beneficial to not only the animals that it harms but also to rescues, shelters, and the Arkansas citizens that love animals and work tirelessly to help them get to loving homes.

Hi,
We are still fighting for the cause! We are asking legislation to have a week of recognization for the care for Arkansas’s animals. A week of educating the public about animal care. 2) reintroduce house bill 178. Place don’t stop fighting! More people are organizing and ready to make the change happen.

We have shelters at capacity and rescuses full of pets that need homes. The breeding and poor conditions need to stop. Let's make something positive happen this year with eliminating the puppy mills.

To many animals are dumped and abandoned that need loving homes. Puppy mills just add to overpopulation and deny needy animals a chance for a loving home. Shelters are a much more humain option.
