I absolutely agree in shutting mills down..noone should use a dog to make a buck!

I do not understand why this issue has not been taken care of before this. Female dogs are being used and abused by people who only care about money and Not the dogs!!!
These people need to be shut down, put in jail where they can be used and abused. All the animals in their care should be removed and placed in good loving homes !!!

Must have law enforcement that is willing to do something or this is Null!! West side of State has a serious problem we could never get any help from law enforcement!!

Puppy mill puppies frequently end up homeless. They are frequently unhealthy and have not been socialized.

Mills create sick animals and only care about profits, Mills prevent current animals from being adopted in shelters. As a 20 year member of Humane Society of Independence County I know this to be true.

I heard a lame excuse from a member of the AR legislature, ( who I had voted for) as to why he didn’t vote for your animal cruelty bill last time, He doesn’t get my vote this time.
