The west side of 75 is not an area where industrial types of businesses and services are. This proposed facility is more suited to the knights trail area just east of 75.

County should sell this property for a bundle and build in a less desirable spot and have money left over for other needed projects.

This is not the place for mechanics facility. The surrounding area is residential not industrial and should remain so. In addition, we the residence in the surrounding area spend significant amounts of money to keep our communities beautiful and clean. It is my opinion this would be an eyesore to the community and negatively affect my property values

The purpose is to make Nokomis beautiful, This project would do the opposite.
