This project will over burden the traffic and area. The proposed construction will have adverse affects on the school, the property nearby as well.

This development is not consistent with the zoning profile of the surrounding area. While housing of this type may be appropriate in the community, there are a multitude of other locations where a development like this would be more consistent with and less disruptive to the surrounding area.

Just too many units in the middle of the park. Great idea but in the wrong place.

The scale of this project is not appropriate for that area. Pedestrian safety in that area is my main concern with something that size. And traffic- the traffic that size complex would add would be totally detrimental to that area.

All for additional, affordable housing but let's keep it to the size that fits the community and on a main road - not in one of the most congested parts of town

I live at 14 Glenbrook, Beontonville. This development doesn't fit in with the rest of the area. With the increased density and traffic, Safety is a huge concernedn.

This proposed development does not make sense for the location and this land should be used for something other than large workforce housing complexes.
