The quality of education and research cannot be compromise in this way.
We have to stand against it.

It is shocking to hear such news. It is not legal n as far as possible it should be stop immediately. We already knew that research is a creative n innovative works. It indicates the ability of the scholar. A great effort n time consuming are there while doing research. So don't copy the same ideology which had already done. It will be a masterpiece for somebody n its value. By copying the same will surely reduce the great efforts n creativity of that person. If it is carry on then the ethics behind research will be in a disasaster n feel joke. So it's the time to stop such steps. Lastly but not the least we appeal to the HOD of Hindi, Manipur University that u should initiate a process or method to punish such persons who r doing such stupidity n illegal things.

मणिपुर विश्वविद्यालय हिंदीतर भाषी क्षेत्र में होते हुए भी हिंदी के पठन पाठन में विशेष स्थान रखता है । वहां देश के प्रख्यात हिंदी विद्वानों ने अध्यापन कार्य किया है जिन्हें राष्ट्रपति पुरस्कार सहित अनेकानेक पुरस्कारों से राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नवाजा गया है। हमें उस गरिमा को बनाए रखना है। PH.D की गरिमा भी बनाए रखनी है।
