The use of personal fireworks has gotten out of hand. It's very disruptive and rude. Animals are scared and people can't sleep!

Fireworks scare the crap out of my dog, and the two previous dogs I had were also terrified. They would run all over the house, panting, trying to squeeze into small spaces, nothin calmed them down, it was horrible to watch!!!! I say ban them, just have the city's yearly ones!!
