Stop the Over Charging

Just stop paying the delivery fees and if you did not transition to digital, the $12 fee on your bill is to cover their cost of that infrastructure upgrade which was approved by the BPU plan to be covered in the current charges. They are finding ways to screw us. Listed in their "customer rights" you have a right to stop meter reader from entering your property unless they show ID. Tell them you want that then don't answer the door and send a pic in of your meter early on meter reading day!

Pseg should be banned from carrying the word “public “ in their name. I’m in the middle of a power outage in nj and pseg has routinely for years now kept my development for last to restore power. Unfair business practice.

Cops are part of the problem as well. PSE&G does not need pay 2 cops to sit in the car every time they do a job. Hello wasting money, we are paying for that in our bill.

I fought pse&g because I didn’t want the digital meter they told me I had no say, the gas company tells me I have no say they’re coming to dig up my brand new paved street and force me to have my gas meter moved outside. If I don’t go to work, I don’t get paid. I have no leave time. I’m in the union. They tell me that I have to be home in order for someone to be led into the house. I’m forced to miss two days of work because they need access to my basement And then they dug up a $5000 landscaped planter in front of my house and cracked my concrete driveway when all they needed to do was either lie down a piece of plywood or the boom on the machine articulates 90° they didn’t need to be on my property at all with the machine. I also fought Elizabethtown gas tellingthem That I wanted to leave my meter exactly where it was and there was no issue. they say by the third letter they’re going to disconnect my house from the service at this point I’m wondering if I even own this house And have any say in the matteror I’m borrowing it from somebody Except for $3000 a month.

Not only they charge delivery fees but also a service charge. It is ridiculous, I am paying on average 400 dollars a month for electricity.

I’m a resident of the city of Englewood and this is outrageous. We should not have to pay so much for delivery when there is no competition. What are you protecting PSEG from?
