This will bring our home values Down and ruin the beautiful entrance to Windsor hill boulevard. There is a piece of property available a little further up the road toward Dorchester and it wont ruin our elegant entrance

Please don't allow this new gas station to be built. It will bring down the property values in the community even more.

No! This is utterly unnecessary, as the petition points out. Our intersection is already clogged & dangerous. Lastly, gas stations are huge sources of toxic pollution & I don't want that at the entrance to my neighborhood.

We have 2 gas stations just down the road. This is not needed and will cause more accidents at the already busy intersection

I don’t think a gas station at the corner of Windsor Hill Parkway and Ashley Phosphate Road is a good way to utilize this property. There are only two ways in and out of this neighborhood and with all the new homes being built there just isn’t enough room for all of the traffic. There are plenty of gas stations nearby already.

This commercial lot borders a residential area that already sees way too many accidents due to a very heavy traffic flow from the existing number of homes, apartments, a sports field, a school and a church that must all use Windsor Hill Blvd to exit onto Ashley Phosphate. Adding a gas station would only compound the traffic issue, be an eyesore, hurt property values and risk human life. Do the right thing!!
