We have enough unwelcome crime in the neighborhood already, we don’t need to build a hangout for criminals. It’d also be a nightmare for traffic at that intersection.

Getting out of the neighborhood at the main entrance is already a nightmare. We don't need or want a gas station making more traffic.

This neighborhood is already dangerous enough. We have incidents of gunfire and vandalism/theft already seemingly daily. There are plenty of gas stations within a half mile and even more within a two to three mile radius and the grocery store is right next to where this gas station would be. They are notorious for crime and would make me feel unsafe going to the grocery store. There are already many accidents at this intersection and traffic creeps slowly as it is. If a business must go here, ANY business is better than a gas station...preferably a restaurant or an office. Please do not stop our neighborhood from gentrification.

No gas station! The traffic is already bad enough! We have several gas stations, all within walking distance, no more need to be added!
