the station owners just agreed to cut off alcohol sales at midnight so we finally won this. im so glad we pushed back on this together because our neighborhood is going to be a lot quieter now. just gotta stay vigilant to make sure they stick to the deal.

Final supporters
The prospect of a retailer selling cash and carry beer and wine in the middle of the night next to our homes raises concerns about increased crime and other trouble coming to Sherwood Forest's doorstep.
We want the applicant to agree to shut down operations altogether between midnight and 6 a.m. every morning, in addition to granting us lighting, site plan and other considerations. Thank you for your support.

Just cut the lights and lock the doors by 12. Seems pretty simple to me.
This is ridiculous. Who even needs beer at that hour? Keep the neighborhood safe and close it down at midnight.
I moved here because it was quiet. Allowing late night alcohol sales is just asking for trouble and police sirens all night.
The board really messed up here. Nobody wants a 24hr liquor store in a residential zone. Fix this asap.
We already have enough noise and trash on this corner. People shouldn't be buying booze at 3am right next to family homes.
